Has anyone made a bucket hat with knit fabric

    I was thinking of making my older son a bucket hat out of a knit fabric. Has anyone tried this before? Any tips?

    I think it would be very comfortable. I would be inclined to interface the seam allowance well so they did not ‘grow’.
