Since this style is sized by weight and height and not by circumference measurements, I’m trying to figure out what size to cut for a 13-month-old described as “long and lean” (I don’t know her weight).

Would it make most sense to cut a 6–12 month in width and a 12–18 month in length? Or a 12–18 month in width and an 18–24 month in length?

Ok, mother reports 19 lbs. So that will be 6–12 month in width, 12–18 month in length.
