I’m waiting for my sandbox pattern to arrive and want to order some pinwale cord to make a couple of pairs for both my daughter, who is almost 1, but I’ll probably size up so they last a while, and for my son, who is 3.5 but the height of a 4.5-5 year old (skinny as a rail though).

I should probably wait until the pattern arrives and check it properly, but can someone tell me roughly how much fabric I’ll need for 12-18 months and size 4-5.
