I find that the hem on the Music Class skirt tends to curl. Are there any tips on how to avoid this curling? I give it a good pressing, but by the end of the day, the hem turns up again. Sewing as close to the fold on the hem helps, but is not sufficient to correct the problem.

I have had the odd garment do this and I find I need to make sure my first fold of the hem is narrower then my second. I now machine baste a turning line so I know it is straight.

This isn’t much help on a finished skirt though, sorry.

Do you line dry or tumble dry? I think a tumble dry can aggravate the problem.
