I have used both thin polar fleece and low lof synthetic quilt batting. I prefered the look of the quilt batting and it’s associated “poofiness”. I didn’t use my walking foot as I don’t like it very much (I prob need more practice). I used snaps for both sets of buttons as i have a snap press and it is so much quicker than buttons or velcro.

It is so frustrating when an ‘easy’ project becomes hard, Sarvi.

Thank you! I just need to slow down and remember that on simple projects it’s even more important to take time and be precise, there’s no place to hide shoddy work.
