I am wanting to make the art smock in a size 1 and a size 2..which of course would be much smaller than a size 3.
Any ideas on how I do this please, my pattern is S,M or L
    Thank you

Because the pattern is for a smock that is meant to be very loose fitting and worn over clothes, sizing is much more forgiving. We have made this available only in Small, Medium, and Large sizes instead of in numbered sizing. We recommend using size Small for children between 6 months and 3 years. But to confirm the best sizing for your specific kids, you can view the finished measurement chart on the bottom of this page. Compare the measurements there to the body measurements of the kids, and you’ll be able to tell if it will fit loosely enough in this size or if you will want to go up to a Medium.
