There’s a large Playdate paper pattern on U.S. eBay

Thanks for the reply!
I am not on Facebook, so any prompts you could do would be so great. I’m in the US, in Portland, OR.
Thanks again!

Are you on the Facebook group? I just saw that someone was planning to sell their patterns. Try there, or if you don’t do FB then I can prompt the seller to look here.
What country are you in? I know a few websites that have older paper stock…. -

Hi!
I love the Playdate Dress so much, and my older daughter just aged out of the smaller size. If anyone has a larger size Playdate Dress paper pattern for sale or trade, would you get in touch? I’ll buy the digital pattern if I must, but I actually like tracing the paper pattern so much more than using a PDF.
Thanks!

Lightning McStitch replied to the topic facing attachment in the forum liesl + co: woodland stroll cape 8 years ago
Once the facing is attached to the lining then that whole piece is the lining going forward.
It’s ages since I made it, but there’s no tricks, it will make sense once you’re doing it. -

Just purchased the pattern, having difficulty understanding instructions for back neck facing. Once it is attached to lining instructions are unclear as to how and when it attaches to the main body of the cape.

We made a pretty big behind-the-scenes change to the website today. It’s nothing that anyone would necessarily notice, but it had to be done for to enable us to do some things in the future.
If you should happen to find links to pages that are not found, would you please be so kind as to post them here so we can get them fixed?

Thanks everyone! I have the Fit for Real People book, so I will head to the square shoulder adjustment section and see what I can figure out. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!

It looks great! Congratulations on finishing it! I’m sure the next one will go faster.

Thanks for all the tips and info in the book. It took forever with the cutting the pieces (probably not best idea to make my first fully lined invisible zip dress with rayon challis (both layers))
But looks great. I think a woven with more body for the next version will go incredibly fast.

Julia Gaultier replied to the topic Pattern Piece 16 in the forum liesl + co: classic shirt 8 years ago
Oh, okay. The way I understood it was that the piece that is to be cut away from the right shirt front in step 1 will be used as the placket in step 2. My bad. Thank you for clarifying!

Liesl Gibson replied to the topic Pattern Piece 16 in the forum liesl + co: classic shirt 8 years ago
Julia, piece 16 is the front placket, which is one of the first things you sew at the very beginning of the instructions on page 1. There is a pattern piece identification chart at the very beginning of the instructions to help you.

I can’t figure out what piece 16 is for in View A. I haven’t sewn the shirt yet, but I was about to cut out all the pieces when I decided to check the instructions. In the instructions this piece doesn’t seem to come into play. Am I missing something?
