Apologies. It is the other way around. Shipping on left and billing on right.

Hi Todd,
Thanks for the quick reply. I did that actually, where on the same page I entered shipping address on the right and billing on the left. In the next window where I choose shipping options I only get to choose out of the international options.

This may be a administrative question but here goes.I want to order a paper pattern using a Indian credit card, (so have an international address for billing), but want it shipped within United States.
