When sewing the breezy blouse, the bias band was too small to fit and I had to intentionally stretch it quite a lot to make it fit. I assumed I must have cut something wrong, but I’ve gone back and double checked and a size 12 bias band when sewn together is 19in in circumference, while the size 12 armscye is over 20″.?
