    Pam started the topic finishing bell sleeve in the forum liesl + co: geneva v-neck blouse 6 months ago

    For two days I’ve been puzzling over how to finish the bell sleeve hem. Is is simply a 1/4 inch turned twice and topstitched? I’ve zoomed in on blog posts and can’t tell if this is how it was done.
    I’m returning to sewing after nearly 40 years and can usually figure things out, but I am baffled.
