Well, he is an absolute genius in my opinion. And I’m sure you can imagine how much I’d love to recreate almost every stage costume he ever wore. I think the silver clown suit with cone hat from Ashes to Ashes would make the best halloween costume ever.

Thank you ladies for your opinions on trim on ‘front’ only; more opinions still welcome. Some of my ‘mums’ have had probs in the past knowing the front from the back of some O+S tops unless the outfit has pockets. Well I’ll give it a whirl with the front only, and see what happens. I’m assembly-lining five of these and am wondering whether I couldn’t completely stitch the bodies, turn, and enclose, and then add the straps last. I’m thinking of using webbing/tape/wide ribbon to save myself a bit of work. Am I missing a down side to this, other than it not looking as tidy?

I think you would be pretty safe to send milo, it’s a processed product so typically seen as low risk. Sending just a small amount to someone for their personal consumption shouldn’t be an issue, if you were to send vast quantities it may arouse interest as it would likely be assumed it was being imported for resale.
