So, should the B6411 had been a Liesl+co pattern, my measurements would appear in size 10 instead of 16, right? And I have to draw a 16 to make the dress in my size.

I forget what it calls for–1/4″, maybe? In general, you don’t want to reduce the size of the shoulder pad because it will cause the shoulders to droop more.
