I’ve had a fabric.com order fail to arrive. They promptly reshipped it. Another had the wrong fabric in it. They quickly sent the correct fabric and let me keep the other stuff. I would count as one of the “did not complain” customers, but gee that’s a bad business model they’ve got going on.

Actually I can show you all four of those elements in EZ’s work — but as I noted, she can be a bit of an acquired taste, and really, there’s no need to push her onto anybody who’s said they’re not interested. Her legacy’s rock solid and not going anywhere.
