Let’s see. My wonderful husband and I have been together for over 30 years and are still best friends. I am the mother of two grown girls that I sewed for when they were little. Now I am the grandmother of 4, three boys and one girl, and I sew for them as much as possible. We are expecting a new grand in the spring. We are raising two of the grands for now so that limits my sewing time. I don’t know how some of the younger ladies with little ones do so much.

Sewing and crochet are the two things that keep me sane. I am learning to knit but have a lot to learn with that craft.

We live in Texas, northwest of Houston. It is a small town so I have to go to Houston anytime I need sewing supplies. I get to go about once a month so I have to plan ahead and keep basics in my stash.

Oliver and S makes the best patterns I have ever used and I have used a lot.
