I just made 3 3D pinwheel blocks to see what they were like. I was wondering what I would do with 3 random patchwork blocks.
Then I realized they were the size of the whole front on the LTTS drawstring bag! So I have turned one of them into a drawstring bag and have the rest of the fabric for the other two 🙂
I thought others might have a similar problem with random quilt blocks and might like this inspiration especially with Christmas coming up and drawstring rather than wrapping paper could look lovely under the tree 🙂

That’s a great idea! I do seem to always have a few extra blocks lying around and don’t know what to do with them, even though I’m not a big quilter. And after my daughter’s recent birthday, I felt just awful about the enormous pile of gift wrap we recycled. A nice reusable gift bag is much better!
