My oldest just suggested that I make the kimono top into a robe since I can’t find a pattern I like. Has anyone done this? If anyone has a picture I’d love to see it! I think it would be super simple and work fabulously as a robe. So proud of her for suggesting it as I had not thought of it. 🙂 The top may need to go up a size to have some room for pj’s underneath, particularly the sleeves.

I had been thinking about doing the same and I was just going to flare the pattern slightly and have side splits to the knees to make it comfortable to wear.
