    Which interfacing is best to use when sewing clothing – a woven interfacing or a non-woven interfacing?

    woven definitely as it will wash and wear better than a non woven which is more likely to bubble (this is from personal experience). Use lightweight for light fabrics like cotton or silk and medium for everything else.
