I marked the lines and dots,but I don’t understand the first line dots (sewing lines)? I have 4 lines following 3t.

Yes, that’s me. But, I wore that to the bridal shower. I do have this one: https://www.flickr.com/photos/24264063@N05/8590474519/in/dateposted-public/ but it feels slightly dated to me in person. I’m tempted to make the same pattern in lace. Maybe add cap sleeves.

This is the one I’m thinking of. Espically as your daughter will have her own beautiful flower girl dress to wear so it won’t be matchy.

Thank you! I believe that I sewed to the end and should have sewed up to the 1/2″ mark. I’ll take a few stitches out until I get to 1/2″.

What a sweet surprise, Tamara. I woke up to a vase of tulips and a card from my husband on my bedside table. When I came downstairs the kids presented me with handmade cards. It is a busy day filled with commitments so I probably won’t get much sewing time until the evening. I told my husband he can give me a raincheck 🙂

Happy Mother’s Day! Just thinking about heading out to a quilt finishing day at the senior’s centre. The ladies like it when “young” people come, and they don’t mind that I sew other things. I’ll go for the morning.
