Only cuffs and hem left to do. I can’t believe I managed to get so far without any problems! This pattern is amazing. My first FBA came out perfect, my first french seams are looking good too. Bit scared of the buttonholes… but the night is long!

@blacktabi: ohh I also had this same issue with the FBA dart. Luckily I realized while I was doing the FBA on the pattern, so I could just redraw it. Still, it’s my first time doing any of this so let’s see how it comes out.

@liesl, I am sooo sooo excited. Yesterday I managed to catch up on the sewalong, and being my first time sewing anything like this, I think I am doing pretty well. I was scared of the collar, FBA, the neck opening and everything else, but the instructions are so clear that everything went really smoothly and without problems. I am really really excited haha… By the way, I hope you are enjoying your new life in Madrid! I am from Barcelona.

Hi, I will try to follow this sew along. But first of all I wanted to say a big thankyou! It is the first time that I sew one of your patterns and I was so amazed and excited to see that it includes the instructions for an FBA. I wanted to try this for long and never dared before, but after reading everything it doesn’t seem that difficult at all, so I am going to try! Let’s see what happens!
