Hello from Australia! I am new here and about to begin my first Yanaka Jacket. I have purchased velvet upholstery fabric (maybe a little too daring for my first jacket?). It is beautiful fabric but unfortunately white on the inside. Maybe there is a string of posts here I have not found, so apologies in advance. I would like to line the jacket with satin crepe (good choice?? not sure) but am uncertain how to go about cutting out and sewing in the lining, any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂
