    Any boulangers in the house? I spent a lot of time cultivating my sourdough starter last year, but killed it as it seemed to be the only way to stop myself eating two loaves of bread a week. Since then, I’ve tried twice to restart but both times my starter died, so baffling! I think possibly I was feeding it too infrequently (I think my home is very bioactive as I bake so often). Was thinking of making a good old beery no-knead bread, which is now my idea of ‘fast’ bread. Any other sourdough cultivators? Or do you have another favorite bread?
