I finished up the last pair of side opening parachute pants last night now to finish the dress 🙂

If you’re using a curly edge knit I wonder if it wouldn’t be worse to have the seam allowances raw…

Seam allowances are included.
In the written instructions it will tell you that they’re 1/2″ (as per every Oliver + S pattern.
Be aware that many of us find the hat runs small compared to the suggested age, but quite true to the measured size. Make sure you measure your kids noggin. If in any doubt I’d say go up a size.

Oh rats, Audrey!! I’ve made that pattern only once, and I had to sort out the straps several times to avoid mixing them up. So lots of sympathy.

I finished two size 8 Roller Skates, today, and they both look great – looking fwd to posting on Flickr tomorrow.
