Help! I need some advice. I want to sew the jacket in Lisette B6169, but I’m having trouble finding fabric I like. I’m hoping for a botanical print on a light background in either twill or denim, but can’t find one. The closest I’ve found is some upholstery fabric at fabric.com, which is a medium weight 100% cotton. However, it is dry clean only, and I just don’t do dry cleaning. Would it work to wash it on cold water, tumble it for a bit on air fluff/no heat to get rid of some wrinkles, and then hang dry it? Also, is there a tutorial somewhere on how to post things? I couldn’t get everything to work 😉 Thanks in advance for any advice.
