dress vs tunic: skirt length?

    This is my first time making this pattern, and I’m stuck on the skirt pattern piece for the tunic (I have the digital pattern).

    I can’t seem to find directions on how to make the Tunic vs the Dress. Is it simply shortening the skirt pattern piece using the line drawn on the pattern? I don’t see a label on that line, and don’t see any notes in the directions or any of the blog posts.

    Help! 🙂

    Yes, there should be another hem line higher up the skirt, this will be the tunic cutting line. Enjoy making the tunic. 🙂
