I’m wondering how easy it might be to add a button placket/3-button closure to this jacket. Is it as easy as extending the center front seam out on both sides? I suppose the collar/lapel would need to have adjustments as well. Anyone try this?

Hello! You can absolutely extend the front edge by 1/2″ on either side to make a 1″ button placket. You could also extend the collar by the same amount to get the same look on the lapels, but if you’re wearing the collar up it’s not strictly necessary. I’d love to see how it turns out!
