Hi, I am not very far along on the Everyday Skirt and have a question – I am sewing the pocket lining to the front panel and it says to pivot but at the point the circle indicates pivoting, it looks like the sewing stops.

Should the sewing along the pocket lining go to the edge of the fabric or end slightly after the circle?

Almost done! Tomorrow I’ll sew the cuffs and the hem. And I’ll share a picture. Or two… I think I like the inside with the neat French seams at least as much as the outside!

@ldk237 I especially love the heart one, it’s lovely. What was the fabric you used? Have you added the pictures to the oliver + s flickr pool? It’s a great place to be inspired by what others have done with the patterns, and to inspire others with your gorgeous outfits.

I’m using the sew-along to make a muslin. I haven’t done any garment sewing for ages, so I need to get warmed up! I’m excited to see if I can this to fit before I try it in linen.

Here is the second one, I am really happy with it as well. Thank you Liesl, my little girl loves her new ‘skirts’ as she calls them! Next up I have some fabric with bunnies and another with Easter eggs, just need to decide on which O+S pattern I’m making next!

I made a playtime tunic for Valentine’s and figured while I was at it I would do a second to match a pair of red polka dot playtime leggings I had already made. It was my first time making the tunic and I love it, it is just so adorable!
