The beauty of these sewalongs is that even when they nave finished, you can still sew along.

I’m sorry you had trouble posting a photo. Sometimes like you say the file is too big to be loaded. Do you have a flickr account? Maybe we could see your photo in the group?

and there it is…. look at that. Whew. I saw the paragraph “finish the dress” and assumed I must have the missed the step earlier, when indeed, those instructions are in that final paragraph. Thank you 🙂

You’ll hand stitch the lining to the zipper in one of the final steps.
If you read the last steps it should be mentioned there. Meanwhile, just follow the instructions and it will all come together beautifully.

Hi all…. I am 3/4 of the way through my first fairy tale – and for the life of me, can’t figure out what to do with the bodice lining on either side of the zipper. Oh Thank You Tamara! I love your pictures of them ‘in action’. I have two big girls and one toddler to sew for between myself and my sisters so these are much appreciated to make idea boards.

Me too. I tried re-saving the file into a size that fit within the parameters, but it still didn’t post.

I’m just getting started and perking along….I did manage to cut out the front part all wrong, but I just followed the directions backwards. I think it turned out OK even if it isn’t what was designed.

Now I’m at the point where I’m prepping the collar and attaching it. So excited to be doing this.
