Erica is really good at choosing fabrics that suit the pattern she’s testing, isn’t she? I love these subtle dots with the more angular lines of the pattern itself.
Janice’s daughter has grown up wearing our patterns, so it’s a thrill to see her wearing this one! (And hi, how is she basically my height now?!?)
I’m so curious about this fabric Kiran chose. She said it’s eyelet fused with lining, and I can’t quite get my head around that but I certainly like the result!
Shelley mixed her plaids to fantastic effect! Isn’t this cool!
And of course Shelley went the extra mile and sewed the dress also, and I can’t get over this gorgeous print! So cute on her! Did you also notice that the shoes she wore with her Positano Dress work really well with this style? That’s my kind of accessorizing!
I love Maria’s dress! Isn’t this color perfect on her? The print is so pretty, too.
Melani and Stephanie both chose cute prints for their testing as well. It’s interesting how different the results are with different prints and details, isn’t it? Doesn’t even look like the same pattern!
You can pick up your own copy of the Laureles pattern in paper or in digital format. And I’ll keep repeating it: I love it when you tag us #lieslandco and #laurelestopdress in your makes. The best part of designing patterns is seeing what other people make with them, how you personalize them to make them really yours, so please share!
