A technical question, please. I would like to vote and am reading this on your website. It says ‘This InLinkz widget is not allowed in this website. You can still view the linkup here’. When I click on ‘here’ it takes me back to your first blog page with a summary of all your posts. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks.

    1. That’s very odd. Everything is working fine for me. Perhaps it’s something in your browser settings. Perhaps trying it on a different computer or device or with a different browser will work.

Just voted, thanks. Used a different device.

Deja vu all over again? Seems like most of these designs originated during my childhood – late 1930’s-1940’s. Amusing, for this old gal. Anyone else?

I get the same response as Liz does. I can’t find anything to vote on.

    1. Is it that you are viewing the blog in a RSS feed reader or seeing the post in a non-standard browser like the built in browser with Gmail on a mobile device? Try visiting the blog page on a regular computer or tablet using a normal browser. You’ll see the little heart-shaped icons in the upper-right of each icon. I can confirm that there are lots and lots of votes being recorded on many different submissions, so it’s not a problem with the voting mechanism itself. Give it a try on a different computer or device or browser, and you should be able to get it to work just fine.

hopefully everyone reads the comments like I do 🙂

Just to point out to all you voters – In the pink springtime dress, completely designed by my 7yr old, the black lines in the middle of the skirt are pleats. That was her way of drawing pleats.
    Vote for hers! 😉

  5. I really like the mad scientist!! It is different with cute lines, I also like the way the buttons go all the way down the bodice and skirt

Layla’s dress is showing up twice and I’m not sure why. I have family members and friends who have voted for either one until someone told me two were showing up.

    1. I just noticed that too. I have consolidated the entries and combined the votes.
