We are happy to announce that our newest pattern collection for Spring 2014 is now available.
This season we’re presenting three styles: two dress and top patterns for girls and a layette set for infants and toddlers, both boys and girls, up to 24 months.
Liesl will be checking in later this week with full details on each of these styles. But if you can’t wait until then, you can take a peek (or even place an order) right now.
- Garden Party Dress + Blouse: paper, digital
- Hide-And-Seek Dress + Tunic: paper, digital
- Lullaby Layette Set: paper, digital
We hope you enjoy sewing with these new styles. And, as always, we can’t wait to see what you’ve made with them start appearing in the Flickr group.
(And, in response to comments that have begun appearing on our Facebook page, our lawyer has instructed me to say that we will assume no liability if after seeing the layette pattern you decide you need to have another baby. Food, medical bills, college tuition. You’re on your own for those. Sorry.)
EEEK! I need another baby, just to sew the Layette set!
How wonderful these are. I can’t wait to make the “Garden Party Dress”. Come on spring. My mind is just bursting with ideas for these new patterns. Alas no new grands are in my future but I will be buying it anyway and putting it in my hope for new grandchildren box. Liesl another winner release.
Wow! Love the Hide and Seek, especially with the yellow bodice!!

Well here I was thinking I could surely resist temptation this season because of the mountain of patterns I have yet to sew. And then you release a baby clothes pattern! I can’t resist that one! The garden party dress is awfully tempting as well….
Just realized that the Lullaby Layette Set goes to 24 months and my new grandboy isn’t a year old yet. New clothes are in his future. Thank you Leisl and as always great work.
Love them !
And yes I was this close to get the Layette set as well. Not planning another baby (3 looks like a great number for us, right now), but we’ll soon be welcoming a new nephew/niece 🙂
What a wicked sense of humour you have Todd! The patterns are fabulous as always.
Swoon!!! The Garden Party dress is the exact style that I dared to hope for! Gorgeous!
Love that garden party. Love it! I want to ask. I went to joann to get the teal eyelet. I wanted it so badly, but couldn’t find that blue solid you have with it! Is that a part of your line?
It’s funny, I was thinking yesterday how there is no way you would do a baby body suit, and there you are.
Thanks, just what I was looking for!
Absolutely gorgeous!
Many many thanks! I love the trousers and the top. I have a 5 month old baby so your pattern (or the baby!) is perfect timing.
Liz
Thanks for all the enthusiasm, everyone! Jenny, we used a quilting cotton (Kona solids) for our solid blue to coordinate with the Lisette eyelet.
What perfect timing! Although I’ve been dabbling in Oliver + S for a while for friends’ kids and future fun, I just welcomed my own first baby into the world a week ago!
Thanks, Liesl. The one Joann’s had a horrible Kona selection; I will have to check the others. And I will likely go to my smaller local quilting shops to see what they have.
As usual, the timing is impeccable and I now have the perfect pattern for my daughter’s early spring birthday dress! I can’t wait to get sewing!
Woohoo, congrats on the fantastic spring release!! Love these. And great disclaimer, Todd – ha!
