I made a 5 for my daughter who&#8217;s gotten to be a 6 in height but still a 5 in circumference, and the blouse looks just as nice now, I think. </p>

You&#8217;d want to select your wool carefully to be sure it felt nice against your skin, and the dress didn&#8217;t feel too heavy or stiff.</p>

To remove fullness I would narrow the center skirt by moving the pattern piece past the fold, so the left and right edges were the same, but there was less width.
