I made this dress in a plaid top and solid corduroy skirt for my granddaughter. It is perhaps my favorite o + s pattern--finished product is perfect. Directions are impeccable. Pockets were the highlight for my granddaughter; I loved the shoulder button details.

I made this dress for my granddaughter's fourth birthday and she loves it! She still wears it with leggings at 5, but it's time to make another in a larger size with different fabrics. I consider myself an intermediate sewer, so all Oliver & S patterns are a challenge. Nonetheless, the results are always well worth the time and effort they take me!

I was not crazy about the look of the Book Report dress. However, my daughter choose it for me to sew for her two year old. It went together very easily and love the button detail on the shoulders and cuffs. Can't wait to see it on my grandaughter. It is so cute.
