we want to hear from you

As 2014 comes to a close, we’re hard at work planning for 2015 and 2016. In doing so, we thought it would be good to give you a say in what we work on for the next couple years.

To help us understand what you think about our patterns and to learn what you would like to see us develop, we’ve created a short survey. We would love to hear your feedback.

Survey

As an incentive (but you don’t really need one, right?), we’re raffling off two $100 Oliver + S gift certificates. To enter the drawing, complete the survey and provide your name and email address on the last page.

The survey remains open until midnight EST on December 16, 2014. We’ll pick our winners at random from all entrants then. You can click here to get started.

Is the preference question really backward? So #1 is my LEAST favorite?

    1. Yes, unfortunately, that’s the way it is. It’s counter intuitive, but that’s the way this system is set up to work. Seems odd to me too.

I forgot to add something. I’d love more single patterns.

  3. …..I may have muddled up the numbers on the preference question re patterns – did it correctly with the blog post question, but then couldn’t go back to check on the other numbered response – sorry!

Hi, I forgot to add that I would like the fall release of childrens patterns to coincide with back to school sewing. Maybe late July, early August? Also, I loved the paper doll format on the cover and can see the design much better than with a real life model.

I already took the survey, but forgot to mention that my vote for the next women’s pattern is pajamas! Classic men’s pajamas (something like this: https://www.jcrew.com/womens_category/sleepwear/sleepsets/PRDOVR~31314/31314.jsp) with a slim leg and feminine fit, maybe shorts/short sleeves and a nightshirt option too? Please let me know if there’s a better place for me to submit this for consideration. Thanks for soliciting our input!
