									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I’m planning to make the breezy blouse but am cautious about how a high round back adjustment will affect the keyhole opening in the centre back. In the past I’ve made a centre back seam or a yoke to accomodate the adjustment on tops and shirts.  I’d prefer not to have too many back seams on this delightful design but not sure what to do.
