We hate paying shipping and handling charges, too, so we do everything we can to keep these costs down. Charges are based on the number of items ordered and the country to which the order is shipped. For details, see our shipping and handling schedule.
- How do you ship orders?
All web site orders ship via US Postal Service or UPS. Orders of eight or fewer patterns shipping to addresses in the United States ship either First Class or Priority Mail. Orders of more than eight patterns shipping to addresses in the United States ship via UPS. Orders going outside the United States ship First Class Mail International or Priority Mail International. Allow seven days for delivery to US addresses. Due to customs inspections in the country of receipt, more time may be required for delivery to addresses outside the United States.
- When do you ship orders?
Orders are usually shipped within one business day. You will receive an email with a tracking number for your package once your order ships.
- What is your return policy?
If you bought an Oliver + S pattern from a retailer, please contact the store for its return policy. Patterns purchased on the web site may be returned within 30 days if accompanied by the sales receipt and if the pattern has not been opened. (Sorry, patterns are like toothpaste. Once they’re out of the tube there’s no getting them back in.) Contact us for more information about returns.

Every pattern ships with a five-inch-high paper doll and outfit.
