    The charming Jamie dress is universally appealing and perfect for all occasions. It makes for a pretty cocktail dress paired with heels, or slide on the flip-flops and head for the beach sundress style.

    It complements the female figure sporting a flattering waist and beautiful neckline. The full, flowing skirt is definitely a throwback to the best of 1960's fashion.

    Suggested Fabrics

    Choose light- to medium-weight fashion fabrics for the dress. The lining should have a similar fiber content, but can be lighter weight than the fashion fabric. For cotton fabrics, fabrics like muslin and broadcloth work well for the lining. All fabrics should be pre-washed prior to cutting.

    Brilliant pattern. Walks you through the steps making this a breeze for a beginner. My dress has had a lot of compliments, is surprisingly comfortable and so cool in the warm weather.
