This past month there were tutorials on adding a <a href=\"http:\/\/oliverands.com\/community\/blog\/2015\/07\/lazy-days-skirt-with-double-thickness-hem.html\">double-thickness hem<\/a>, making the skirt in <a href=\"http:\/\/oliverands.com\/community\/blog\/2015\/07\/three-stripes-lazy-days-skirt.html\">three stripes<\/a>, and adding <a href=\"http:\/\/oliverands.com\/community\/blog\/2015\/07\/adding-hem-tucks-to-the-lazy-days-skirt.html\">hem tucks<\/a>. If after you\u2019ve sewn up one of these modified skirts and you have some leftover fabric from the project, maybe you\u2019d be interested in sewing a matching 18-inch doll skirt. If so, then you\u2019re in luck! over\u00a0.5\u00a0inch\u00a0then\u00a0.5\u00a0inch\u00a0to\u00a0make the tucks:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>press down .5 inch then again .5 inch to the wrong side, then edgestitch<\/li>\n<li>press down 1.5 inches to the wrong side, sew .5 inch seam allowance, then press down
