The <a href=\"http:\/\/oliverands.com\/product\/OLV-OS049CA.html\">Carousel Dress<\/a> is <a title=\"introducing the carousel dress pattern\" href=\"http:\/\/oliverands.com\/blog\/2014\/10\/introducing-the-carousel-dress-pattern.html\">one of the new fall Oliver + S releases<\/a>, and it is one of those patterns that you can really have fun with color blocking.
