Once you understand the basics, some of which I covered in this <a href=\"http:\/\/oliverands.com\/blog\/2010\/08\/tips-for-sewing-with-knit-fabrics.html\">tutorial<\/a> but which are covered in much greater detail in our T-shirt pattern instructions, you&#8217;ll be off and running! After you&#8217;ve made a few of them you might start to think about interesting ways you can switch them up a bit and customize them.<\/p>\n<p>Here are a few ideas for you to use on the <a href=\"http:\/\/oliverands.com\/product\/OLV-OS047SB.html\">School Bus<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/oliverands.com\/product\/OLV-LC008MM-D.html\">Men&#8217;s<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/oliverands.com\/product\/OLV-LC007WM-D.html\">Women&#8217;s<\/a> Metro T-Shirt patterns.<\/p>\n<p>1. Use our <a href=\"http:\/\/oliverands.com\/blog\/2014\/02\/customizing-the-raglan-color-blocked-stripes.html\">color blocking tutorial<\/a> to add a second fabric.
