									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>For two days I&#8217;ve been puzzling over how to finish the bell sleeve hem.  Is is simply a 1/4 inch turned twice and topstitched?  I&#8217;ve zoomed in on blog posts and can&#8217;t tell if this is how it was done.<br />
I&#8217;m returning to sewing after nearly 40 years and can usually figure things out, but I am baffled.<br />
