									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>No measuring as we live some distance from our sons family, and I wanted the outfit to be a surprise. I think the waistband would fit, and possibly the skirt without a nappy but that&#8217;s not going to happen for a 1 yr old. buttonhole elastic is a great idea &#8211; thanks for that. I&#8217;ll try it on a bigger size</p>

Jacket fits well and looks lovely but we couldn&#8217;t get the skirt over her disposable nappy.
