									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In the Belgravia dress instructions, the general instructions on page 5 say &#8220;seam allowances are included in the pattern and are 1/2&#8243; unless otherwise noted.&#8221; Then on page 6, the pattern says &#8220;Note this pattern includes 3/8&#8243; seams unless otherwise noted.&#8221; I assume the 3/8 on page 6 trumps the 1/2 on page 5?</p>
