									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hi, I’m new here and I hope this is the way to ask a question!  I am looking for a simple pattern with few seams which is suitable for use with a fabric that has a border at the hem line.  The pattern piece for the skirt area therefore has to be a straight horizontal line at the hem.  Or very close to that.
