The pockets are peeking out the bottom!!!!!!

Should I re-serge the pockets and make them a little smaller? This is a 2T but a very Drapey jersey knit.

It took me three times to get them acceptable enough to put on a baby w/o cutting off circulation. Has anyone increased the width of the bias tape for the bloomers to 1.5 inches?

However, for the Cappuccino top I bought a very pretty flower pattern on voile. Its a little sheer and I think a liner may be in order. Is there a tutorial or another pattern that explains how to add a lining?
