The voile is usually not a good bottom weight, but if you underlined it you could get a sailboat skirt out of half a yard.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Here&#8217;s my skirt!  I made it out of a scrap from a (now outgrown) dress that I had made for my little girl.  This is a size 5, and she&#8217;s really losing her baby fat.  I had to pull that elastic tight!</p>
