I’m a bit confused about the garibaldi slip skirt – how does the waist stretch enough to go over the hips when putting it on? There isn’t a pattern adjustment mentioned – or did I miss it?!
I’m guessing the waist is equal to the hips, and pulled in by the elastic?

Having sewn the bodice seams, I am tempted to clip the curve to help them lie flatter – should I?? The instructions don’t seem to suggest this.., I can serge them afterwards or use pinking shears (or I could just do this??)
