Yanaka broad shoulder adjustment

Hello. I'm making the Yanaka jacke and have broad shoulders, which I knew before I made my toile. Any ideas how to adjust the shoulders. The length is good and can't really tell about the rest of my jacket, yet. Thanks for any help.
