What an ingenious pattern!

Purchased this pattern yesterday and stayed up until 2 a.m. last night, enthralled. I could not "see" the construction of this dress, as I usually can, so I followed the instructions step by step, which I don't always do. This was a little scary, but it afforded many points at which I found myself saying out loud, "How ingenious is that!" I am finishing it up this morning. Working on the sleeves now, and set-in sleeves are usually a nail-biter for me. I shouldn't have worried. They're going perfectly! I'll post a picture on the Flickr group later today. Just had to write to say how much I am enjoying sewing this darling dress. Thank you Liesl and company!
