Tips for narrowing the play time leggings

    For my extremely skinny tall girl, that likes her leggings tight. Thought about folding the piece and cutting off some width from the middle, but will be happy to get better advice. She’s a size 5, and I got the 5-12 pattern, so I cannot use smaller sizes.

    I don’t have thus pattern, but I have a couple leggings patterns. I think what you suggest would work. Take width out of the middle. You could use an existing pair of leggings that fit as a guide.

    Maybe check how wide her favourite pairs are, you may also need more stretch if you make them slimmer.

    Taking from the middle is what I would do.

    Perhaps err on the side of caution for the first pair. Make sure the waist and ankles don’t end up too slim.
