sleeveless hopscotch?

I just made my second hopscotch top. So fun! I was contemplating leaving the sleeves off the next. If it were a woven, I could finish the sleeves with bias binding. Any suggestions on how to do it with knit fabric? And would I need to change the armhole shape? Thanks!
